In order for a student to have an excused absence they must have a parent note (for up to 3 days) or a Doctors note turned into the office.
To report an absence
To excuse your student for up to 3 days, please email Angela Kreider or send a parent note when the student returns.
In order to excuse absenses for more then three days we need a Doctors note. If your student has a family emergency or family vacation time that will exceed 3 days, please fill out a Pre-Arranged Absence from below.
** Pre-Arranged absence From must be started 1 week before the scheduled absence.**
Complete a PRE-ARRANGED ABSENCE FORM if you know your student will be missing school.
Tuition for K-12 covers students attending in the school hours of
Monday - Thursday 8:20am - 3:15pm & Fridays 8:20am - 12:15pm.
If you need care before our after these hours look below for extended care options.
*You can drop off students as early as 8:05am without using EC.
Extended Care rate is $4.00 an hour, for each student, invoiced in 15min increments. The late fee for after 6pm pick up is $5.00 a minute. Extended care will be invoiced every two weeks through Freshbooks & payment is due upon receipt.

Lunches are $4 for a regular lunch & $5 with an extra entree. Regular lunch includes a main entree, two sides, a small dessert & a choice of juice or water.
LUNCH SLIPS - you can print out lunch slips and send them in with your student or your student can fill out these slips in their homeroom/classroom.
HOW TO ORDER LUNCH:
Print out the lunch order slips & have your child bring them to their teacher OR have your child fill out the slip in their homeroom or classroom.

Uniform dress code is required Monday-Friday. If a student is not in dress code they will be sent up to the office to call their parents for the correct clothing.
Students may wear polo shirts in navy, gray or white Monday - Friday.
On Friday, a Christian T-shirt or spirit wear may also be worn.
For Juniors & Seniors, college apparel may be worn on Friday.
