ENROLLMENT process Made Easy at

Step 1: Schedule a Tour
We believe that a firsthand experience of our school is essential along with open and honest conversations with each family, in person. The child(ren)'s presence is strongly encouraged in this meeting, especially if there are special accommodations or needs involved. After Open House Week, we would love to schedule individual/family tours to get the ball rolling, and we'd love to ensure that this is the kind of school that fits for your family.

Step 2: Initiate Enrollment
Once you've completed the tour and both you and FCS are ready to take the next step, we'll provide you with the link to our digital registration system (FACTS). This indicates that the invitation is open for you to complete the process. Once online enrollment is complete (along with applicable fees and financial agreements completed), your place is temporarily reserved while submitting any final required documents.
Step 3: Submitting Documents
Your prompt action ensures your student's spot at Fairfield Christian School will be theirs. If there are any notable issues in documentation, information, or agreements, we will reach out for resolutions. We may communicated deadlines for completion when class sizes are approaching maximum capacity, and you may be placed on a waiting list due to lack of timely reply.

FACTS Tuition System - F.A.Q.
All FCS families are required to create a FACT Family Portal account.
This parent account will give you access to:
- FACTS SIS (Student Information System)
- FACTS TUITION & INCIDENTAL BILLING
- Contact us about BASIC fund scholarships and/or Solano Family payment grants

Information on Application and Enrollment Fees
Registration fee - Once you have a parent log-in to our new FACTS SIS system, you will be able to fill out the full student application/enrollment packet. In order to submit your packet, you will be charged a registration fee. You will also be directed in the online enrollment process to set up your financial account and payment plan for tuition.
Finance fees - When using your checking or savings account (ACH Payment) to pay for tuition and other incidentals through FACTS there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES.
If you use your credit card to pay any invoices through FACTS, you will be charged a related rate (approximately 3%) from the payment processing company for each charge.
