All staff positions at FCS (ft and pt, including substitutes and aides) are reserved for dedicated Christian believers who attend church and are ready and eager to lead others in the faith, being held to a high standard of Biblical morality and conduct in professional and private life.

  • Teacher(s)

    All classroom teacher roles are filled for the 26/27 school year. 


    The following are some of the requirements and responsibilities of any/all of our teacher positions at FCS for grades K-8: 

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree and be willing to take further CEU courses in areas such as Bible/Theology for ongoing ACTS certification (public school credential not required).
    • Reflect the vision of the school of "developing a Biblical worldview, one child at a time" in all areas and aspects.
    • Support the school mission by "helping parents raise Godly children by sharing a commitment to spiritual growth and individualized, academic excellence".
    • Cooperate with the Board and administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and directives governing the operation of the school, including involving changes or corrections.
    • Teach classes as assigned in cooperation with administrator(s), following prescribed scope and sequence as scheduled.
    • Plan and implement a program of study that, as much as possible, meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students and assists them in progress toward achieving goals and objectives established by the School Board.
    • Employ a variety of instructional tools, methods, and materials that will provide for creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.

  • Substitute TeacherS | K-8

    • We always want to expand our list of people here!
    • On-call contract (1099) position
    • Any/All areas and levels- the broader the scope the better.

  • Preschool

    In addition to general FCS staff information, teaching and/or subbing in our licensed preschool has the following additional requirements:
    • 6-12 units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) and/or Human development
    • Current CPR & First Aid preferred
    • Special health and immunizations clearance
    All Preschool roles are filled for the 26/27 school year.  Additional substitutes always eagerly sought.

  • Aide(S) 

    We currently do not have opportunities for part-time and full-time Aide positions for the 26/27 school year. Additionally, our needs may change throughout the school year, so feel free to reach out
