In order for a student to have an excused absence they must have a parent note (for up to 3 days), or a doctor's note turned into the office.

To excuse your student for up to 3 days, please email Ms. Machaira or send a parent note when the student returns.

In order to excuse absences for more than three days, we need a doctor's note. If your student has a family emergency or family vacation time that will exceed 3 days, please fill out a Pre-Arranged Absence form below.

Uniform dress code is required Monday-Friday. If a student is not in dress code, they will be sent up to the office to call their parents for the correct clothing.

Students may wear polo shirts in navy, gray or white Monday - Friday.

On Friday, a Christian T-shirt or spirit wear may also be worn.

For Juniors & Seniors, college apparel may be worn on Friday.

Lunches cost $5.00. They include an entree, two sides, a small dessert, and a choice of juice or water. Adding an extra entree costs an additional $2.00. You can view the lunch calendar through your ParentsWeb account on FACTS. Lunches are only provided Monday-Thursday. On Fridays, students should bring a lunch if they will be staying for extended care.

HOW TO ORDER LUNCH:

Students will be able to order lunch at the start of class when attendance is taken. If a student is late the office must be informed so that they can order lunch after attendance. Teachers, not students, place the orders through FACTS.

HOW TO PAY FOR LUNCH:

Every student who wants to order hot lunch needs a Prepay account with a positive balance in FACTS. If the student's account has a negative balance, they will not be allowed to order lunch. The Prepay account balance in FACTS is only for lunches and is separate from the payment plan & billing balance in FACTS. To add funds to your Prepay account follow these instructions.

March Lunch Calendar

Tuition for K-12 covers students during the school hours of 8:20am-3:15pm | Monday-Thursday & 8:20am - 12:15pm | Friday.

If you need care before or after these hours look below for extended care options.

*You can drop off as early as 8:05am without using EC.

Extended Care is $5.00 an hour, for each student, invoiced in 15min increments. The late fee for pick up after 6pm is $5.00 a minute. Extended care will be invoiced every two weeks through FACTS, and payment is due upon receipt.

Starting in August of the 2023-2024 school year Extended Care will be $6.00 an hour.
